According to Psalm 90:10, “The span of your life is 70 years, or given the strength, 80 years.” It has become customary to celebrate your 82/83rd year with your second (or first) B’nai Mitzvah. It’s a time for a new beginning and your B’nai Torah family wants to celebrate with you.
