Mussar: A Four-Part Course in The Jewish Way to Self-Improvement

December 10 | 1:30 pm

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]Join Helen Shub to explore your spiritual journey through the Jewish practice of Mussar—a practical yet deeply spiritual approach to aligning who we aspire to be with how we live each day. This course will focus on four core traits: Enthusiasm, Kindness/Compassion, Honor, and Truth. Drawing on classical and modern Jewish texts (and even some insights from Peanuts and I Love Lucy), we’ll see how Judaism places ethical living at the heart of a meaningful life. Participants will gain practical exercises to build self-awareness and integrate Mussar into daily practice.
